Refund Policy


Any non-delivered order is applicable for a refund upon request of the purchaser. If any order fails order verification, a complete refund will be issued to the buyer within 24 hours. If you are not satisfy with the product you received or unable to make use of the product you received, email our customer service for help. The refund condition is different depending on the product you purchased. In the case that your delivered product is not as described or not in working condition, a full refund will be issued for the full purchase amount.

Submit your refund request to sales@cardsbee.us. The refund request is processed within 48 hours. We do not provide product exchange. Refund will be provided in the same way payment was made. When you submit a refund request, provide the product code, we will verify the value and refund the exact value. The activation fee will not be refunded. This mean that we will check the balance of the card, and refund the equivalent.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

CardsBee provide automatic delivery upon payment approval. There is no waiting time. Once your payment goes through, you receive the product code delivered to your email address. There is no registration or sign up required. The product code is delivered to the same email address as the payment address. If you do not receive your product code after payment, check your spam folder. If you do not see the delivery email in your spam contact our customer service for verification.
